Welcome Back!

If membership lapse is less than 5years, contact your RPA President with evidence of standard CHP requirements(continuing education credits and liability insurance).

If membership lapse exceeds 5 years,in addition to the above the RPA Presidents require your submission of written responses to the questions below. These are intended to support your re-entry into the organization as an accredited professionaland will be reviewed with you during a phone / video conference with your RPA President and additional selected Certified Hellerwork Practitioners.
