Here are the instructions for the membership renewal process
HellerWork International (HWI) requires that for each 2yr reporting period all members provide supporting documentation of continuing education credits (CEC), professional liability insurance certificate and applicable jurisdictional licensure. This documentation must be submitted to your RPA (CHA) not to HWI.
For CEC’s at minimum, members need to provide documentation from the provider as to proof of attendance / completion, course or activity content as well as number of instructional / contact hours.
Membership Renewal and Data Sheet Submission Process
The yearly membership renewal and HWI Data Sheet are now fully online so we will no longer need to rely on sending and receiving these documents via email or regular mail. As previous you will submit your renewal information and documentation via the membership portal only. We will not be sending the HWI Data Sheets as an attachment.
Steps to Renewing:
- Click on the Renew Your Membership button below and login to the site (using your user name and password) to access the Membership Renewal page.
In a previous email you were given your login credentials for the membership portal as well as details as to where your profile can be found and edited if needed. If you need this information again, please let the administrator know ASAP - Enter the information on the page
- Review your information ensuring you have attached supporting documentation
- Click Submit at the end of the form. (you can also reset the form if you need to)
- Send payment (see Payment Options below).
Note: At this time we can not accept payments via the site or with credit cards.
Once you have submitted the renewal form, you will receive a confirmation email with copy of the submission in a pdf file. The full submission (including supporting documentation) will also be available in the folder shared with you in the CHA G-Drive account.
Please complete the renewal information as fully as possible and submit by the deadline of February 15th 2026.

Canadian Members – If you use PayPal for either option please let us know in advance as we need to send you an invoice via PayPal
OPTION 1)
Canadian members
- interact eTransfer from your financial institution in the amount of $350.00
If you pay via eTransfer please send it to admin@canadianhellerwork.ca and make the security question
” What is our profession? ” and the answer “Hellerwork“.
- Paypal $360.75 ($350.00 + 2.9% + $0.30 PayPal fees).
European members (PayPal only)
- PayPal $360.75 CDN ($350.00 + 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction – PayPal fees).
OPTION 2)
Canadian members
- Two interact eTransfer payments from your financial institution in the amount of $175.00 Canadian. Initial payment by February 15th, 2026 and the second by July 1st, 2026.

“What is our profession?” and the answer “Hellerwork“.- PayPal – $180.53 CDN ($175.00 + 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction – PayPal fees) on or before February 15th 2026 for the first installment and $180.53 CDN ($175.00 + 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction – PayPal fees) on or before July 1st 2026.
European members (PayPal only)
- PayPal – $180.53 CDN ($175.00 + 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction – PayPal fees) on or before February 15th 2026 for the first installment and $180.53 CDN ($175.00 + 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction – PayPal fees) on or before July 1st 2026
